What does Performance Coaching involve?

Performance coaching helps you to move from your current level of functioning to your desired level of functioning. 


Common factors which can impact on both performance level and personal wellbeing include:

  • confidence

  • specific fears i.e. of public speaking

  • imposter syndrome

  • stress management

  • burnout/compassion fatigue
